Claudia Johnson

Claudia Johnson has a diverse background in sales, management, and consulting. Claudia is currently the President of AsterionDB Inc., a company specializing in secure database solutions for businesses. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at NearShore Technology and Mura Software. Claudia also gained valuable experience at Oracle, where they led a team in selling consulting services for Oracle products and managed relationships with system integrators and prime contractors. Claudia has held executive positions at Xerox State & Local Solutions, Inc. and NetApp, where they led sales efforts and directed services teams. Additionally, Claudia has worked as an executive management consultant and entrepreneur and served as the President and Board of Directors member for EmpowClaudia'sInstitute, a non-profit organization empowering underprivileged girls and women. Claudia started their career at Microsoft and later served as the COO of IPNet Solutions. Throughout their career, Claudia has consistently demonstrated their expertise in driving revenue growth, building relationships, and delivering innovative solutions.

Claudia Johnson has a BA in Art History from UCLA. Claudia also has a certificate in Mediation from Pepperdine Law, specifically from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. This program, called BECI, is a 6-month certification program that they will complete in 2023.
