Margaret (Cullather) Nilz is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in emergency preparedness, data analysis, and faculty leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, Margaret supports federally funded projects focused on disability integration and capacity-building initiatives. Margaret also holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at Norwich University, teaching various courses in the Public Health program. Previously, Margaret worked as a Public Health Emergency Preparedness Consultant at Hagerty Consulting, an Infectious Disease Technical Advisor at Team Rubicon, and a Data Analyst/Epidemiologist at the American College of Emergency Physicians. Education includes a Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
