Shane Leahy has extensive experience in continuous improvement and production management, holding leadership roles in various organizations since 1985. Currently serving as CI lead at Aston Manor Cider since June 2020, Shane focuses on enhancing safety, hygiene, quality, and cost efficiency while developing team capabilities. Prior positions include Health and Safety Manager at Country Style Foods, Production Manager at Devonshire Desserts and Crantock Bakery, and Continuous Improvement Manager at both Ernest Jackson (part of Kraft Foods) and WC Rowe. Earlier career milestones include serving as a World Class Performance Facilitator at HJ Heinz and Senior Process Coordinator at United Biscuits, where Shane implemented Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
