Paul Smyth

Paul Smyth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and network development within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sales Operations & Network Development at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since March 2021, Paul has held key leadership positions at major automotive brands. Prior to Aston Martin, Paul was the Managing Director for South West Europe at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from January 2020 to January 2021. Paul spent over two decades at Ferrari in various roles, including President of Ferrari Greater China and Global Head of Network & Business Development. Paul’s earlier career includes a position as Group Finance Manager at Lloyds Bowmaker Ltd. Paul graduated from Finchley Catholic High School in 1986.
