Tom Cromwell

Tom Cromwell is an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and talent identification. Currently serving as a Global Commodity Manager at Siemens Energy since March 2018, Tom also holds the position of Talent ID Elite Scout at Aston Villa Football Club since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as an Academy Scout at Wolverhampton Wanderers, Commodity Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, and various positions within the Rolls Royce Group, including Strategy & Sourcing Lead and Strategic Sourcing Engineer. Tom's educational credentials comprise a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Derby and a CIPS qualification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, completed in June 2022.
