Crystal Goh has worked in a number of roles since 2014. In 2014, they were part of the Salesforce BizAcademy Programme, a yearly programme held by Salesforce.org in collaboration with Halogen Foundation, which aimed to empower 15 to 17-year-olds through coaching on business concepts. As an Associate R&D Engineer, they have developed at least 10 prototypes/products and refined 3 products in terms of cost, quality, and ease of deployment. Crystal has also tested 3 new technologies' evaluation kits (Real-time Locating System (RTLS) - LoRa, Ultra-Wide Band, Wirepas Mesh), managed R&D Inventory and improved R&D checking process annually by 20%, and prepared two procurement and inventory handbooks with references to ISO standards.
Crystal Goh's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the Singapore Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018 and a Diploma in Business Information Systems from Republic Polytechnic from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Crystal has obtained a number of certifications from various institutions such as Shopee, National University of Singapore, LinkedIn, Coursera and TÜV SÜD, obtained between 2020 and 2022.
