Crystal Goh

Crystal Goh has worked in a number of roles since 2014. In 2014, they were part of the Salesforce BizAcademy Programme, a yearly programme held by Salesforce.org in collaboration with Halogen Foundation, which aimed to empower 15 to 17-year-olds through coaching on business concepts. In 2015, they worked as a Salesforce Specialist at ViewQwest Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for Salesforce Development and handling of Salesforce projects. In 2016, they worked as a Data Entry Administrator and a Freelance Data Entry Administrator at ICM Pharma. In 2017, they worked as a Personal Secretary, Receptionist & Human Resource (HR) Recruiter at Leslie Yong & Associates. Since 2018, they have been working as a Hardware Engineer, Associate R&D Engineer and Finance Administrator at Astoria Solutions. In their role as a Hardware Engineer, they have completed one full project and hardware development lifecycle using agile methodologies and deployed to Oil & Gas and Chemical sites. Crystal has also been involved in client site (local and overseas) to support on presales, deployments and monitoring, and has contributed to sourcing hardware to use in various hazardous industries including compliance with local regulatory approvals/standards. As an Associate R&D Engineer, they have developed at least 10 prototypes/products and refined 3 products in terms of cost, quality, and ease of deployment. Crystal has also tested 3 new technologies' evaluation kits (Real-time Locating System (RTLS) - LoRa, Ultra-Wide Band, Wirepas Mesh), managed R&D Inventory and improved R&D checking process annually by 20%, and prepared two procurement and inventory handbooks with references to ISO standards.

Crystal Goh's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the Singapore Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018 and a Diploma in Business Information Systems from Republic Polytechnic from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Crystal has obtained a number of certifications from various institutions such as Shopee, National University of Singapore, LinkedIn, Coursera and TÜV SÜD, obtained between 2020 and 2022.
