Neil Burnell

Neil Burnell has extensive experience in product support and operations management within the gaming and lottery industries. Currently serving as a Product Support Engineer at Astra Games since May 2016, Neil previously held the role of EIT / Lottery Operations Manager at SG Gaming from January 2009 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing the Electronic Instant Ticket (EIT) server-based lottery system for UK and international markets. Earlier in Neil's career, as Operations Manager at Oasis Technologies UK Ltd from June 1998 to January 2009, responsibilities also focused on the management of the EIT server-based lottery system for the UK business, alongside providing training and support to operators.
