Paul Soegianto

Paul Soegianto is an experienced executive in digital strategy and corporate turnaround, currently serving as the Chief Group Digital Strategy at PT Astra International Tbk since January 2022. Previously, Paul held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Blue Bird Group for three years. Paul has also engaged in advisory roles, board positions, and directorships across various companies between 2017 and 2018. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and multiple positions within McKinsey & Company, focusing on restructuring and operational improvements for distressed organizations. Paul's career began at Airbus, where functions included IT Service Manager, procurement specialist, and Operations manager, contributing to various process and system design initiatives. Paul holds a Master of Global Management in Economics from NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management and multiple advanced degrees in Process Engineering and Material Science from Hamburg University of Technology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
