Stany Meizard has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Stany started their career as an Executive Consultant at Executive Search in 2008. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at CIGNA, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and served as a business advisor. Stany then joined Zurich Insurance in 2013, first as a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager and later as a Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Manager until 2016. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at AIA Indonesia. From 2017 to 2022, Stany held various roles at Astra Life, including Human Resources Business Partner, Corporate Recruitment, Organization Development & Talent Management, and Head of Organization Dynamic. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Capital Strategy & Talent Management at Astra Life.
Stany Meizard holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Griffith University, which was obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Applied Psychology in Human Resources Management from the University of Indonesia in 2006. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Stany Meizard has obtained multiple certifications in various fields throughout the years, including Executive Coaching, Risk Management, Professional Coaching, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Behavior-Based Interviewing, Assessment Center Assessor, Emergenetics, Targeted Selection Interviewing, and PeopleSoft Oracle.
