Shanthi Rao Aluru has extensive work experience in the field of hardware design and RF engineering. Shanthi Rao started their career at Avantel Ltd in 2004 as a Senior Engineer and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they joined ICOMM Tele Limited as an RF Engineer and later transitioned into the role of RF Systems Design Engineer. Shanthi Rao worked at ICOMM Tele Limited until 2013.
In 2015, Shanthi joined Innovation Communications Systems (Uurmi group) as a Senior RF Design Engineer and continued in this role until 2017. Shanthi Rao then moved to ICS, where they worked as a Senior RF Design Engineer starting in 2015.

Shanthi Rao Aluru began their education in 1997 at St. Dominic's High School, where they completed their SSC degree. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala for Intermediate studies, specializing in MPC subjects. Continuing their educational journey, Shanthi enrolled in IT Jobs For Women from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
