Arvind Sharma

Arvind Sharma is a highly experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer with a strong background in embedded systems and software development. Currently employed at Astra since March 2023, Arvind has previously held senior positions at Semtech, Basler Electric Company, and Aimtron Corporation, where expertise in LoRa Edge applications and smart grid firmware design was demonstrated. With over twenty years in design and development, Arvind has specialized in telecom, gaming, industrial automation, medical devices, and LED lighting solutions. Earlier roles include leadership positions at MoMagic Technologies, Longcheer Technology, Mediatek, Ciena India, and Tellabs, focusing on GSM mobile software, system validation, and network architecture. Arvind holds an M.S. in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and a B.E. in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
