Florent Boisseau is an experienced technical leader and mechanical design engineer with a diverse background in aerospace and motorsport. Since November 2017, Florent has served as the Technical Lead for the Payload and Fairing System at Astra, focusing on cost-effective design and manufacturing solutions. Prior to this role, Florent held various positions in racecar engineering and preparation, including Racecar Shop Manager at Competition Touring Cars, where responsibilities included racecar analysis, optimization, and track support. With early career roles ranging from Racecar Mechanic to Go-Kart Mechanic, combined with formal education in race car mechanics and composites, Florent Boisseau brings extensive expertise in vehicle design, fabrication, and engineering to any project.
