Bimal Vyas

Bimal Vyas has over 18 years of experience in the human resources field. Bimal is currently the Head of HR Strategy & HR Business Partnering at Astral Limited since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager - Business & Corporate HR at ERIS Lifesciences from March 2014 to December 2020. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager - Corporate HR at Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd from August 2012 to March 2014. Bimal also held the position of Senior Manager - Plant HR Operations at Lupin Limited in April 2012. From October 2008 to September 2011, they were the Head-Talent Acquisition at Intas Pharmaceuticals. Bimal Vyas began their career as an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources department at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd in March 2002.

Bimal Vyas has a diverse educational background in the field of human resources. Bimal pursued a Strategic Human Resources degree from the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in T&D (Learning & Development, Competency Assessment & Mapping) from the Indian Society for Training & Development in 2010-2011. In 2001-2003, they completed a PGDHRM (Human Resources Management) program at the Indian Institute of Management & Technology. Bimal also holds a Diploma in Human Resources Development from the All India Institute of Management Studies, which they acquired in 2000-2001. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate in Computing (Computerized Systems Mgmt.) from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in 1999. Bimal's educational journey began with a B.Com. degree in Accounting & Auditing from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, which they completed in 1995-1998.
