Bipul Sharma

Bipul Sharma has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Chief Human Resources Officer at Astral Limited since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director - HR at Infiiloom Group from September 2022 to May 2023, and as the Director Human Resources at Infiiloom India from May 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they served as the Associate Vice President - Human Resources at Emami Agrotech Limited from September 2015 to April 2020. Bipul has also held senior HR positions at H & R Johnson India Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Murugappa Group, and Industrial Filters & Fabrics Pvt. Ltd throughout their career.

Bipul Sharma obtained an Exec MBA in HRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2013-2014. Bipul also earned an MSW in PMIR from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 1997-1999 and completed their XII with a focus on Biology at Aligarh Muslim University from 1988-1990. Prior to that, they completed their Xth- ICSE at De Nobili School, Digwadih - Dhanbad from 1977-1988. Bipul Sharma has additional certifications including a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is a Lead Auditor for OHSAS certified by NRBPT.
