Rei Pham

Rei Pham is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently working at X, the moonshot factory, since August 2022. Previously, Rei held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Asana from March 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruiting for global teams and leading efforts that resulted in 43 hires in FY22. Rei also revamped interview training content and collaborated with HRBP and Pillar Leads to align hiring strategies with organizational needs. Prior roles include Talent Sourcer for engineering at Asana, Recruiter at Google, and various positions at Aerotek, culminating in account management for engineering and sciences. Rei began the career journey as a University Tour Guide at UC Merced, where a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Health was earned. Additional education includes a program at the UC Center in London.
