Jennifer Carmichael

Jennifer Carmichael is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in special education and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Special Education Specialist at Astravo since December 2021, Jennifer previously held positions including Special Education Coordinator at BASIS.ed and Principal at Somerset Academy Charter Schools. Additional experience includes roles as an Instructional Coach and Learning Support Specialist in Liberty School District 25, as well as Special Education Coordinator at Englewood Public School District. Jennifer's career began as Dean of Student Support Services at Global Village Academy and an Educator in Litchfield Elementary School District. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master's degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the same institution.
