Cindy Guidi

Cindy Guidi, Ph.D., is a Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca since August 2024, previously serving as the Director of ADC Biology at NJ Bio, Inc. from June to August 2024 and Director of Biology at Revitope from October 2020 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Cindy held various positions at ImmunoGen, Inc. from March 2010 to July 2019, including Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist. Cindy's academic background includes postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Virginia from January 2003 to February 2010 and a graduate studies position at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from August 1996 to December 2002, where significant research was conducted on tumor suppression mechanisms. A Ph.D. in Cell Biology from UMass Chan Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University complement Cindy's extensive research experience in immunology and cancer biology.
