Philippe Garnier

Philippe Garnier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Global Project Management at AstraZeneca since February 2019, Philippe has overseen multiple oncology projects, guiding global drug development teams in strategic execution. Prior to this role, Philippe held several significant positions at MedImmune from October 2011 to February 2019, including Senior Biologics Project Manager, where expertise in biologics project management was demonstrated. Philippe also has experience as a consultant in biopharmaceutical R&D and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Oxford and the University of Utah, focusing on therapeutic protein glycosylation methods. Philippe's academic credentials include a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg and a degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse.
