Pieter Mees

Pieter Mees is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Rest of World at AstraZeneca since December 2015, overseeing recruitment activities across 70+ countries. Previous roles at AstraZeneca include leading global talent acquisition for the Rare Disease Unit and supporting international markets with recruitment strategy and operational delivery. Pieter Mees holds a Master's degree in Immunology & Oncology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
