Xiaoji Chen

Xiaoji Chen is an accomplished professional in the field of precision medicine and clinical development, currently serving as Associate Director, Precision Medicine Lead at AstraZeneca. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of Clinical Development at Personalis, Inc., and progression through various positions at GRAIL, Inc., including Staff and Senior Clinical Scientist. Xiaoji Chen also held the position of Senior Scientific Researcher and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Genentech, as well as Graduate Student/Research Assistant at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
