Andrew Gibson

Andrew Gibson has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Andrew is currently employed as the Head of Information Technology at Astrea Academy Trust since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Network Manager at BRADFIELD SCHOOL from July 2017 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Network Manager at St Mary's Catholic High School from July 2008 to July 2017. Andrew also worked as the Deputy Network Manager at King Ecgbert School from June 2003 to July 2008, and as an ICT Technician at the same school from September 2001 to August 2002.

Andrew Gibson completed their postgraduate degree in Leadership and Management at Sheffield Hallam University from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, they earned a BSc (Hons) in Computing (Networks and Communications) from the same university from 1999 to 2003. Andrew also attended Norton College from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued A Levels. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021.
