Edward Betancourt

Edward Betancourt is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and advisory roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Astreya and Software Engineering Advisor at Yuno, Edward has also held the position of VP of Engineering at Seek AI and Cascade, where Edward was a founding engineer for a VC-funded data startup. In addition, Edward has provided advisory and investment support to BrainHi and served as Interim CISO at Numerator, focusing on security and engineering strategy. Edward's earlier roles include Director of Engineering at Numerator and Engineering Manager at InfoScout, complementing a solid foundation in technology consulting and entrepreneurial ventures, such as co-founding Shelfie. Edward holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
