Rafael Santos

Rafael Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rafael started their career as a Representative of Telesales at Brasil Center Comunicações, where they handled customer service, sales, and prospecting. Rafael later worked as an Assistant Salesperson at PAR CORRETORA DE SEGUROS before becoming a Supply Chain Intern at Alcatel mobile.

In 2018, Rafael joined Makro Brasil as an Assistant Logistician/Supply Chain Assistant, where they were responsible for analyzing and disseminating logistical indicators and supporting logistics projects. Rafael also worked as a Volunteer during this time.

In 2019, Rafael joined Corning Incorporated as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they managed inventory storage and performed weekly inventory reconciliation. Rafael also coordinated with warehouses, forwarders, and port authorities to ensure smooth order fulfillment and clearance processes.

Most recently, Rafael has been working at Astreya since 2022. Rafael first served as a Demand Planner for LATAM, focusing on inventory demand control and planning for Google offices in Latin American countries. Rafael then transitioned to the role of Demand Supply Planner/Team Lead (Global), where they oversee demand planning and coordination of stock reallocation to optimize inventory levels and avoid overstock.

Rafael Santos completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Estácio in 2018. Rafael then pursued a Post-Graduation in Supply Chain and Logistics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, graduating in 2022. In addition, they obtained certifications in Managing Globally, Shipping and Importing Analytics, Lean Inventory Management, and Managing Logistics from LinkedIn and Aduaneiras - Informação Sem Fronteiras between 2020 and 2022.
