Rob Pfeifle

Rob Pfeifle is the Senior Vice President of Services Innovation at Astreya Partners, Inc. Rob has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Rob started their career as a Senior Consultant at EXECUTRAIN, where they worked for 3 years and 11 months. Rob then transitioned to Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they worked as a Senior Lecturer for 4 years and 4 months.

In 2006, Rob joined Milestone Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Operations. Rob was promoted to Service Delivery Executive and then to Vice President of Enterprise IT Services. During their 10-year tenure at Milestone, Rob built an organization that was hyper-focused on helping their customers be successful. Rob supported multiple large customers in an executive role, designing managed service solutions to help customers overcome challenges. Rob also launched continuous improvement programs, data-driven operations approach, customer-focused support functions, and implementation of IT Service Management best practices.

In 2016, Rob left Milestone to join EOS IT Solutions as the Vice President of Managed Services. Rob was responsible for the line of business for IT managed service offerings. In 2018, they joined Astreya Partners, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Services Innovation. In this role, they lead Astreya’s Service Innovation function and works to build upon and develop IT service offerings that leverage current tech advancements partnered with successful teams of delivery experts.

Rob Pfeifle attended the University of Denver, where they earned a degree in education.
