Josh Nichols

Josh Nichols, M.Ed, M.Eng, CAPM, serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Astrion since October 2022, where responsibilities include the management and implementation of the company's Learning Management System and supervising the Learning and Development Generalist. Concurrently, Josh has worked as the Employee and Community Outreach Coordinator at ERC since January 2012, overseeing employee outreach programs and collaborating with the Strategic Communication and Employee Engagement team. Previous roles include Aerial/Aviation Photographer, Test Coordinator, Operations Element Lead, and Supply Specialist. Josh holds a Master of Engineering in Information Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Education in Community Health Services from the University of Louisiana Monroe, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the same institution.
