Jake Burton

Jake Burton is an accomplished sales operations professional with extensive experience in managing teams and operational processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Astrix Security since January 2025, Jake previously held the role of Director of Revenue Operations at Recorded Future from April 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing sales operations, compensation planning, and reporting on key performance metrics. Notable achievements include receiving the Presidents Club award in FY20 and FY22, as well as the CRO Award in FY22. Additional experience includes leading sales operations at Formlabs and consulting at Skillcycle, as well as a tenure at Oracle, where customer experience was a primary focus. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from Cornell University.
