Samantha Lamborn

Samantha Lamborn is an experienced professional in scientific recruiting, currently serving as the Scientific Recruiting Manager at Astrix since June 2015, responsible for both the East and West Coast as well as the Northeast regions. In this role, Lamborn manages full life cycle recruiting for various scientific industries, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates, assess their skills, and negotiate compensation packages.
