Leonard Tjoe

Leonard Tjoe's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Leonard worked as an Associate Vice President of Operations at ASTRO, where they led the operations team. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Ayoimport, where they built a platform to assist Indonesian SMEs in purchasing and importing products from overseas. Leonard also worked as the Ecommerce Fulfillment Senior Manager at PT. Kamadjaja Logistics, where they built and led the Ecommerce Fulfilment team. Leonard Tjoe has experience as the Head of Operations at SIRCLO, where they managed order processing, warehouse, and customer service. Leonard was also the Country Manager at FlySpaces, responsible for aggregating serviced offices and co-working spaces. In addition, they served as the Managing Director at AceWin Group, overseeing online and offline sales channels. Leonard also worked at Lazada Group as the Head of Vendor Acquisition, contributing to the company's growth in the e-commerce market. Leonard Tjoe's earlier experience includes roles such as Product Development and Global Sales at G-III Apparel Group, QC Manager for Calvin Klein Handbags, and Production Coordinator in the Luggage Division. Leonard started their career as the Operations Manager at Sino Ed Consultants and later became the Center Manager at WEST Education Training Center.

Leonard Tjoe obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Business from Monash University. Leonard completed their studies from 2009 to 2014.
