Tiara Calista Shandy

Tiara Calista Shandy has a diverse work experience in data analysis, teaching, quality performance, and research. Tiara Calista is currently working at ASTRO as the Lead Data (Supply Chain & Commercial), where they have been employed since 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst at ASTRO from 2022 to 2023 and as a Data Analyst from 2021 to 2022.

Alongside their work at ASTRO, Tiara also worked at RevoU as an Instructor for Data Analytics Program for a short period in 2022. Tiara Calista taught data analytics modules to university students as part of the RevoU x Kampus Merdeka program. Additionally, they served as a Team Lead/Teaching Assistant for the Data Analytics Mini Course at RevoU from 2022 to 2022.

Before joining RevoU, Tiara had experience in the manufacturing industry. Tiara Calista worked at Danone as a Quality Performance & Project Engineer from 2018 to 2021 and as a Quality Operations Engineer for a brief period in 2018. Prior to that, they interned as a Research Assistant at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in 2017 and completed a student internship at PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari in 2016, where they evaluated quinine sulfate processing.

Tiara Calista Shandy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Business Analytics at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, which started in 2022 and will end in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Tiara has obtained certifications in various data analytics programs, including Full-Stack Data Analytics from RevoU, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from SSCX, the Microsoft Professional Program in Data Analytics from Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia & Microsoft Indonesia, and the Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera.
