Ryan Hamilton

Ryan Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan is currently working at Astronomer as a Principal Engineer, where they have held roles such as Staff UX Engineer and Senior UX Engineer. Ryan is also actively involved with The Apache Software Foundation as a Committer for Apache Airflow. In the past, Ryan worked at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH) as Lead Product Designer, contributing to the design systems and leading the design of the public-facing Discovery squad. Ryan was also a Product Designer at EBTH. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Designer at Food52, playing a key role in the company's growth and building an eCommerce platform. Earlier in their career, Ryan was a UI Developer at Barefoot Proximity, where they worked on various projects for clients such as P&G and Scripps Networks. Ryan began their career as a Production Specialist at TELLUS Web, where they developed UI and integrated eCommerce platforms, as well as produced CMS platforms for private schools.

Ryan Hamilton attended Ohio University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a major in Communications Systems Management.
