Justina Ymaz

Justina Ymaz is an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate at AstroPay since April 2023, responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle for over 60 positions across various sectors including IT, finance, and marketing, with a focus on LATAM and Europe, and additional recruitment efforts in Africa and Asia. Prior to this role, Justina worked as a Talent Sourcer, identifying top-tier candidates and researching industry trends. Justina also has a solid background in education, having served as a Drama Teacher at multiple institutions, including Lomas de Nuñez Upper School and UNITED HIGH SCHOOL in Buenos Aires, where responsibilities included directing and producing year-end shows. Justina holds a degree in Musical Theatre from Academias Proscenio, completed in 2015.
