Leonardo Maciel is a Technical Account Manager in IT at AstroPay since June 2021, responsible for managing API integrations with merchants, developing technical business relationships globally, and troubleshooting technical issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Support Agent at AstroPay and Concentrix, where Leonardo provided real-time technical support and collaborated with software development teams.
