Masayuki Kobayashi

Masayuki Kobayashi is an executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Executive Officer and Head of M&A at ASUENE Inc. and CEO of ASUENE VERITAS, Masayuki has held significant roles in various organizations, including COO/CFO at IntegriCulture, a cellular agriculture startup, and Project Manager at Toyota Tsusho Corporation. Prior to these positions, Masayuki served as Vice President at Tokyo Gas America, focusing on renewable energy investment, and held key roles at Tokyo Gas Co., LTD, Daiwa Securities, and Daiwa SMBC. Masayuki holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University.
