Ida Rotua M. Sigalingging

Ida Rotua M. Sigalingging has a strong background in human resources and corporate management. Ida Rotua M. began their career at Astra International Tbk. in 2003 as the Team Leader of Management Improvement. From there, they moved up to become the Head of Organization Development. In 2008, Ida joined PT. Asuransi Astra Buana, where they held several leadership roles. Ida Rotua M. started as the Human Resources Management & Information Technology Director and later became the Human Capital, Corporate Secretary & Compliance Director.

Ida Rotua M. Sigalingging completed a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, with studies taking place from 1998 to 1999. Prior to this, Ida earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, which was completed from 1981 to 1988.
