Alan September

Alan September has extensive experience in technical support and product assistance, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Asure Software since February 2020, where the focus is on supporting small business clients with the Asure product suite. Prior to this role, Alan spent 13 years at Dealer.com, initially as an Automotive Inventory and Data Specialist, addressing inventory display issues and vendor integration, and previously providing technical support for the company's product suite. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Chittenden Bank and NSK, as well as computer technician duties at Southern Vermont Supervisory Union. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking from Champlain College.
