Cara Brennan, M.S., CCC-SLP, is an experienced speech-language pathologist with a diverse background in pediatric care. Currently serving as an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist for the Illinois Department of Human Services, Cara provides services to children ages 0-3 and their families, focusing on parental education and coaching. In addition, Cara has worked within the Chicago Public Schools system since 2016, delivering therapy in a setting that includes a Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing program and special education. Cara's recent experience includes serving as a Research Diagnostic Team Clinician at Northwestern University, where specialized evaluations for autism were conducted. Prior roles encompass various clinical and educational settings, along with a foundational background in personal training and a concentration in both speech-language therapy and special needs assistance. Cara holds a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Graduate Certificate in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Infants, Toddlers, and their Families from Gallaudet University.
