Mithushan Jalangan

Mithushan Jalangan has a diverse work experience across various companies and organizations. Mithushan co-founded AsyncDot in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT Campus) starting in 2021. Mithushan also has an extensive involvement with IEEE, where they held multiple roles including Technical Activities Lead Coordinator for IEEE Region 10 Young Professionals, Chair of the IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter, and Assistant Secretary of the IEEE Computer Society Sri Lanka Chapter.

In terms of industry experience, Mithushan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Rooster Technology from August 2021 to March 2022, and as a Software Engineer at Paladin Analytics from June 2020 to August 2021. Mithushan also gained teaching experience as an Instructor at IgniterSpace from February 2019 to February 2020.

Additionally, Mithushan started their career as a Software Engineering Trainee at 99X Technology in July 2018 and worked there until July 2019. Mithushan also served as a Senior Web Developer at ReadMe Sri Lanka | Arane Technologies from September 2015 to April 2017.

Throughout their work experience, Mithushan has showcased their expertise in software engineering and has actively contributed to various industry and professional organizations.

Mithushan Jalangan completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2008 to 2015, they attended St. Peter's College, where they focused on the field of study in Physical Sciences. Following this, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a degree in Software Engineering at the University of Westminster, specializing in the same field.
