Ray Puckett

Ray Puckett is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive expertise in elder care and rehabilitation services. As the Owner and Administrator of At Home Caregivers, Inc. since December 2010, Ray Puckett has focused on providing companion, homemaker, and personal care services to the elderly, promoting independence and offering peace of mind to families. Previous experience includes serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Spine and Orthopedic Rehab of VA from June 2002 to October 2013, and holding the positions of Director of Rehab and Staff Physical Therapist Assistant at Carrington Place Nursing Home from 2011 to 2013. Ray Puckett also brings military experience as a Sergeant Major in the US Army from October 2009 to March 2011. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Jefferson College of Health Sciences, earned between 1992 and 1995.
