Alyson Thathiah

Alyson Thathiah is an experienced sourcing manager currently working at At Home Group Inc. since May 2022, overseeing procurement for a diverse range of home decor products. Previously, from May 2021 to May 2022, Alyson served as a brand manager at Doskocil Manufacturing, focusing on innovative solutions in the pet industry. Prior to these roles, Alyson spent nearly two decades at Fossil Group Inc., advancing from product manager to director of product development, where significant cost savings and efficient product lifecycles were achieved. Alyson's early career includes management and operational roles at Bath & Body Works and Dillard’s, highlighting a strong foundation in retail and product management.
