Debra Schweiss

Debra Schweiss is a seasoned professional in trend and design with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Trend & Design at At Home Group Inc. since December 2015, Debra leads product and merchandising concepts for a $3B Home Division, actively directing the design team and influencing buying strategies. Previously, Debra owned and consulted for the INTERIOR view and held multiple positions at JCPenney from 1994 to June 2013, including Divisional Trend Director and Sr. Trend Manager for the Home Division. Debra’s career highlights include conducting detailed trend research, overseeing product launches, and collaborating on company initiatives across various teams. Debra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Texas State University - San Marcos.
