Meredith Hampton

Meredith Hampton currently serves as Vice President Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at At Home Group Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing compliance and, in 2023, leading the human resources function as Interim Chief People Officer. Previously, Meredith served on the Board of Directors for Step Up, advocating for high school girls in underserved communities, and for WiNGS, an organization focused on enhancing the lives of women and families. With prior experience as Director of Legal Affairs for Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc., and as an associate at Prichard Hawkins Young and K&L Gates, Meredith has developed expertise in legal affairs, corporate governance, and complex litigation. Meredith holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University.
