Liz Perry

Liz became interim CEO for Operose Health in April 2021 having previously worked with the organisation as Chief People Officer.

With more than 20 years in HR, she has previously worked at IBM, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and RSM, before joining Operose Health as HR Director. Her industry expertise includes working in technology, retail and pharma. She has established and developed Executive Boards, Leadership Teams, HR functions and organisational infrastructures while creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.
