Through the creation, development, improvement, and delivery of AT-RISK International training services, this position enhances our clients’ level of knowledge, preparedness, and responsiveness to a wide variety of security issues. The individual selected must understand security, compliance, and violence prevention in the context of both corporate security and public safety. This position requires that the individual stay informed of current security industry trends and corresponding external resources which support the training initiatives and will proactively stay connected to applicable thought leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To ensure premier service delivery, function as a liaison between the company, client, and other client-facing security personnel

  • Oversee the regulatory training & compliance for personnel across multiple states

  • Deliver regulatory and practical/tactical training for personnel

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client points of contact

  • Plan and participate in company provided training at the request of AT-RISK and the client

  • Deliver all training within cultural and ethical guidelines

  • Deliver periodic active assailant training to ensure long term cultural adoption of the concepts

  • Be knowledgeable of all client contract requirements; design and implement solutions to ensure exceptional client service

  • Develop and deliver training plans across multiple service needs

Experience Requirements

  • Suitable candidates must have at least 10 years of job-related experience

  • Experience in law enforcement or military is required

  • Experience with the instruction of Defensive Tactics, Close Quarter Engagement, Firearms, and/or Medical is required

  • Suitable candidates must complete all mandatory onboarding training satisfactorily

  • Experience in managing active assailant prevention & response programs.

  • Experience in directly overseeing large, diverse teams is a plus

  • A bachelor’s degree is desired but does not count for practical experience

  • Suitable candidates must possess appropriate state security instructor licenses or credentials
