Scott Simcox began their work experience in 1988 with the USAF, where they held roles as a Meteorologist, Program Manager, and Satellite Ops. In 2001, they joined the University of California as a Program Manager for NEXTOR. Later, in 2007, they became the President of ATAC Corporation.
Scott Simcox obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1983 and 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Meteorology at Penn State University from 1991 to 1993. Later, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) between 1997 and 1999.
