Angie Alvarez - Sphri

Angie Alvarez, SPHRi, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management. Presently serving as the Senior Digital and International Talent Acquisition Manager at Scouter since July 2019, Angie focuses on diversity, inclusion, and equity within recruitment practices. As a board member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) since January 2023, Angie contributes to fostering innovation and community engagement in the field. Angie founded HR Opportunity, the first organization in Latin America authorized to offer preparation courses for international HR certifications. Additionally, Angie has held various academic and managerial roles, including being a part-time professor at CENTRUM PUCP and leading the DisruptHR initiative in Peru. Angie's educational background includes an MBA and an International Master in Leadership, complemented by extensive experience in HR management across several organizations.
