Ben Gotkin

Ben Gotkin is a Principal Consultant at Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. since August 2012, specializing in recruitment management consulting and training. With a diverse background in talent acquisition, Ben has also served as a public speaker on various recruiting topics since 2005, participating in numerous engagements such as SourceCon and the Future of Recruiting Summit. As a co-founder and executive director of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals from September 2016 to July 2019, Ben promoted the interests of talent acquisition professionals globally. Ben founded and presided over recruitDC from 2009 to 2015, establishing a community for local recruiters. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Marriott International, National Recruiting Director at RSM, and Lead Recruiter at MITRE Corporation. Ben holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
