Ben Murphy

Ben Murphy is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and leadership development, currently serving as Vice President at Titus Talent Strategies since April 2014, where a client-centric approach is emphasized in talent management. In addition, Ben has been actively involved with the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals since May 2018, contributing to professional standards and networking in the field. As an instructor in Administrative Leadership at Wisconsin Lutheran College since June 2008, Ben has developed and taught courses aimed at preparing students for leadership roles. Ben’s extensive coaching experience includes roles as Head Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator at various institutions, with a strong focus on player development and program growth. Ben holds a Master's in Education/Leadership from Northern State University and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
