Jen Moss

Jen Moss is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner at San Ysidro Health since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies and coaching hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices. As a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals since November 2023, Jen continues to enhance professional knowledge. Previously, roles included Human Resources Manager at Flagship Cruises & Events, Human Resources Specialist at Telecare Corporation, and Human Resources/ FOH Manager at Chickie's and Pete's. Jen also has experience as a server and has pursued education in Allied Health and Medical Assisting Services at Sanford Brown Institute, along with a high school diploma from Neshaminy High School.
