Katie McCarthy

Katie McCarthy is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and staffing, currently serving as a Recruiter at IHI since January 2022, while also being a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP). Prior to IHI, Katie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at City Wide of Boston, where the focus was on providing managed services to commercial properties in Eastern Massachusetts. Previous roles include Branch Manager at Tech Needs, Staffing Manager at Robert Half, and various positions at Bank of America, culminating in the role of Operations Manager. Katie began the career as a Recruiting Coordinator at KNF&T Staffing Resources. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Assumption University.
