Sarah Fell

Sarah Fell is an accomplished talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Grand Living since October 2024, where Sarah is dedicated to redefining senior living through luxury and personalized care. As President of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals since March 2022, Sarah leads strategic direction, fundraising, and operational execution, successfully transitioning management functions to the Board of Directors. Previously, Sarah held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Great West Casualty Company, where significant achievements included improving hiring efficiencies and enhancing employer brand recognition. With extensive experience in various industries, including AEVEX Aerospace, HNM Systems, and AMN Healthcare, Sarah has consistently demonstrated expertise in mentorship, diversity initiatives, and strategic resource management, earning recognition such as the 2022 Recruitment Team of the Year award. Sarah holds an MBA in Business Analytics from UMass Amherst and a BSE in Early Childhood Education from Arkansas State University, further complemented by ongoing leadership education from Leadership Siouxland.
